Nahant Education Foundation
Each year at NEF we launch our Annual Campaign to raise funds for the upcoming school year. We must raise over $400 per student, and we aim for 100% parent participation, at any donation level.
Please give as generously as you can!
Unlike private schools and larger communities, public education has depended primarily on government sources for its funding. Because of legislative efforts to control tax levels, these resources have decreased, leaving our school with insufficient funds to meet the demands of our changing world. Our children’s education and the community deserve better. Communities across the nation are creating organizations to tap into private-sector funds, which in the past supported only private education.

Our Vision, Mission & Purpose
Our vision is to inspire children to reach their full potential, intellectually, socially, emotionally and physically. We encourage our students to become active, compassionate, lifelong learners who understand that other people, with differences, can also be right. We will create a partnership with community members to assist students in reaching their potential.
Our Mission: "Buiding a brighter future for our kids" - The Nahant Education Foundation encourages community, and corporate financial support, in order to provide private funds for the Johnson Elementary School. Our goal is to improve the school's facilities and assist in implementing innovative programs with skilled, passionate, and creative teaching methods.
